Sue's brother, John, visited us for the weekend and this inspired us to try our old favorite activity--paddling out to Little Tybee. Mathieu surprised us by being fairly cooperative on the journey over. We have an infant PFD for him, and he didn't even once try to pull it off . Of course, we needed to have Mommy holding him tight the whole time.
Over on Little Tybee Mathieu had so much fun on the beach.
We found a series of runnels (like tide pools) that created a perfect kiddy pool for Mathieu to play in and us to lounge around in. The water felt very warm.

Ah, love the first pic very cute! Good to hear, I have plans to kayak to little tybee on my visit too. :)
