Now that it is warm, Mathieu's favorite place is the tidal pools at the beach. On this day he was mesmerized by the sand castle mold. He kept filling it with water and then dumping it out. Over and over and over ....
We've found it very convenient to just take his pants and diaper off once he gets wet. And we think he has a very cute tush!
A lot of people warned us, "Watch out when he can walk, you'll want him to go back to crawling." But I think it's been much more fun now that he can walk. Wherever we go, whether the beach, 4-H center, or the park Mathieu is very content just exploring. It's fun to just watch him look and learn. The only downfall is taking him to church. Asking your recently turned biped to sit still has proven impossible!
